The facility is looking for an experienced candidate with 3
years of prior supervisory experience as well as a bachelors degree in related field.
Knowledge of DNV/NIAHO and OSHA are preferred when being considered for this opportunity.
The Director of Facilities Management will wear multiple hats in this role, while planning, organizing, and coordinating the activities of the Plant Operations structures.
Responsibilities of Director of Facilities Management may include:
Maintaining physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems in the hospital Accountable to the CEO in staying organized with meetings, and overall department planning Administer labor and material controls for training of maintenance employees Be connected with internal and external hospital team members Be able to complete all tasks with minimal supervision This town in Northern New Mexico is a great place to be offering loads of outdoor activities from skiing in the winter, to biking and hiking in the summer!
